Your child will spend the summer developing new peer relationships and challenging themselves physically by participating in activities such as swimming, rock climbing, and sports. Each day will also include time for arts & crafts, games or reading. Weather permitting, campers will eat lunch outdoors each day.

This camp option is for ages 5 & 6.
Camp will not be held on Friday, June 19.

Campers at Extended Day will have access to a diverse range of activities from 4pm-6pm, including Arts & Crafts and Gym Games. Climbing may also be offered on some days depending on the availability of the space.

Our camps are for dancers and aerialists for all levels ages 8-12. Students will hone their aerial and technical dance skills in a fun and supportive environment, collaborate with our teachers to learn and create choreography and improve their performance skills for the culminating informal showing on the final day. The two-week sessions will culminate in an informal performance on the aerial apparatus as well as choreography by counselors and campers, themselves. The one-week session will have a final “photo shoot” where campers can show families what they have worked on in class. The mornings will be dedicated to dance styles, with contemporary, hip hop, jazz, ballet, and choreography finishing with a daily recreational swim period. Weather permitting, lunch will be eaten outdoors. The afternoons will be dedicated to aerial skills and acrobatics with one of the BU Dance program’s aerial instructors. Other fun activities include gym time, games, and costume projects.

The Camp Terrier: Dance Arts option is for children ages 8-12.

Campers in the Sailing focus will spend the majority of the afternoon on the beautiful Charles River. Spaces are limited.
*Note: in order to participate in the sailing program, the camper must be at a level 4 swimming status as recommended by the American Red Cross Standards, and as evaluated by our aquatics staff. This swim assessment will be conducted on their first day of camp. If the camper does not pass the swim test, they will be put into the Sports and Recreation group.

The Camp Terrier: Sports & Recreation, Sailing Focus option is for ages 10, 11, 12, and 13.

Campers in the Sailing focus will spend the majority of the afternoon on the beautiful Charles River. Sailors will continue to build upon their sailing skills by learning racing basics, tacking, jibing, rigging, capsize recovery, launching, docking, and waterfront safety.


*Note: in order to participate, the camper must be a level 4 swimmer as recommended by the American Red Cross Standards, and as evaluated by our aquatics staff.

This program is for experienced youth sailors ages 10, 11, 12, and 13.

The Sports & Recreation option has been created for those campers who enjoy a variety of sports and recreational activities such as court sports, gym games, climbing and swimming.

This option is for ages 9-10.
