Vinyasa Yoga - 315690

Vinyasa yoga links breath and movement while transitioning through a series of poses. Practice includes sun salutations and additional vignettes building around peak poses to improve endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance. Class concludes with a cool-down and Savasana to promote relaxation and stress relief.

Core Intensive Yoga - 315728

Build your core in this energetic Vinyasa class that focuses on abdominal and back strengthening sequences. Class will include standing poses, balancing poses, forward and back bending, seated postures, and hybrids. This class also incorporates breathing techniques and a final relaxation.

Yoga Teacher Training - 415971

This two-semester course is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga school (RYS) 200-hour teacher training class. Students who complete this class are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). The course includes techniques, training, and practice; teaching methodology; anatomy and physiology; yoga philosophy, ethics, and lifestyle; and practice both as an assistant and as a lead instructor. Integrating various stretching techniques, strength training, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness practices, the training will be led by Daniel Orlansky and Andrea Fotopoulos, who together have over 35 years’ experience training yoga teachers.
