Hatha Yoga - 115500

A perfect class for beginners or those who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga practice. Each class will focus on proper alignment, integrated breath work and asana (poses). We will introduce several breathing techniques as well as modifications to address injuries or limitations. Vinyasa Yoga - 115690

Vinyasa yoga links breath and movement while transitioning through a series of poses. Practice includes Sun Salutations and additional vignettes building around peak poses to improve endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. Class concludes with a cool-down and Savasana to promote relaxation and stress relief.

Tai Chi - 115697

Core Intensive Yoga - 115728

Deep Stretch Yoga - 115738

Class progresses through slow yoga sequences that partner with gravity to allow stretching with minimal added effort. All major muscle groups are targeted with special areas of focus each class. Class starts on the back, moves into kneeling and seated postures, and briefly comes to standing. Vinyasa flow heats the body to progress into deep final stretches followed by relaxation.

Yoga Teacher Training - 415971

This two-semester course is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga school (RYS) 200-hour teacher training class. Students who complete this class are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). The course includes techniques, training, and practice; teaching methodology; anatomy and physiology; yoga philosophy, ethics, and lifestyle; and practice both as an assistant and as a lead instructor. Integrating various stretching techniques, strength training, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness practices, the training will be led by Daniel Orlansky and Andrea Fotopoulos, who together have over 35 years’ experience training yoga teachers.
