This is an auto-renewing membership plan and you will be charged at the beginning of each month until cancelled; Refund policy can be found in our membership handbook. In order to cancel, a cancellation form must be received by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month. Cancellation form can be found here.

Note: A primary membership must be added to your account before adding a spouse or dependent.

Any spouse member will need to purchase a FitRec ID. This can be purchased online or at our front desk via credit card at your first visit. Proof of age required.

Note: The system will ask you to enter your credit card info two times. This gives members the option to pay an existing balance or for the first month with one credit card, and the reoccurring charges with a different credit card. If paying both with the same card please enter the same card info both times.
