This class is taught by Vania Chan.

Learn the fundamentals of the Pilates Method using both mat work and specialized equipment, including the reformer, Cadillac, and chair. Based on the original work of Joseph H. Pilates, this class focuses on improving alignment, strength, flexibility, control, and coordination. Exercises are adaptable for all levels and aim to deepen the mind-body connection, promote relaxation, and reduce the risk of injury.

Please Note:

Make-up classes are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate students facing special circumstances.

Refunds will only be provided if requested at least 7 days before the class start date or in the case of a medical situation with appropriate documentation.

You must maintain an active membership throughout the course to retain the member rate. If your membership status changes, you will be responsible for the price difference.

Allow At least 1 current membership per family member from this pass code list: FTPASS (AFFILIATION FT), valid on transaction date.
Allow Age older than or equal to 18.00 and younger than or equal to 99.00. The date used for calculating the age is Item Begin Date.
