Description: Join a group for an afternoon visit of the historic maple stand and sugar shack at Appleton Farms. You'll learn all about maple sugaring, its roots in New England, and how you can try your hand at it at home! The trip will conclude with a visit to the sugar shack, where you will see and taste firsthand how collected sap is turned into delicious maple syrup!

Clothing and equipment can be provided by BU Outdoor Programs upon request. Clothing and equipment can be provided by BU Outdoor Programs upon request. Roundtrip transportation is provided from the BU Fitness and Recreation Center to the trip location.
