Comment(s): Note: A primary membership must be added before adding a spouse or dependent. Eligible dependents must be under 19 years of age.

This is a dependent membership billed monthly. Initial purchase cost will be equal to a prorated amount of the full cost listed below. Proration is based on number of days remaining in the calendar month. Dependent members age 16 or older must purchase a FitRec ID at the cost of $10. Membership will renew on the first day of each calendar month at the full monthly amount listed below.
