This course is designed for the student who has had an extensive ballet background and continued to train recently. Students will continue to refine their alignment and placement and to increase their strength, endurance, flexibility, control, coordination, breath, and musicality at the barre and in the center. Students who are advanced may, with permission, take the class en pointe. Live accompaniment.
