This class is designed for those who have several years of classical ballet. Students will increase strength and flexibility, and progress to center work with particular attention to aligning the body safely within each student’s anatomical ability. The classroom combinations will build upon each other from week to week and are designed to improve musicality, coordination, and balance -- all in a supportive and fun environment with live music.
