Personal Training prep course is designed to prepare individuals for Certified Personal Trainer Examination given by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT). Includes practical and theoretical seminars in basic anatomy and exercise physiology, fitness evaluation, training program design, nutrition, teaching methods, and safety issues.
Fee includes text book, study material, practice test, and labs.
The summer personal training prep course is held 3 days a week with 2 days of lecture and 1 hands-on practium lab. Tuesday and Wednesday are lecture from 12-1:30pm and Thursdays is practicum from 12-2:00pm.
