This class will focus on techniques and perspectives from Pilates and the Alexander Technique that can give participants a toolkit of practical exercises. We'll look at methods that can help keep participants strong and balanced, while reducing their risk of repetitive stress injuries. Musicians, visual artists, and movement artists, with postural concerns or overuse ailments, and those who sit at computers too many hours in a day, will find this class beneficial.
