    312577 - Ballet Barre

    Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements, we combine Pilates, yoga, ballet, and core strengthening exercises to focus on isolating and toning arms, legs, gluteals and abdominals. Students will feel the results from this total body workout.
