    115614 - Hatha Yoga

In Sanskrit, "Ha" means sun, "tha" means moon. Our Hatha yoga class explores the dichotomy of flexibility and stability, of action and relaxation, and the "tug of war" that exists within each asana/pose in order to achieve balance. These classes explore a range of poses: powerful standing poses, revitalizing inversions, restoratives, and more. Whether you are brand new, or a seasoned practitioner, this class brings elements of precision, alignment, and balance to both your yoga mat and everyday life.
