Details:
A calming, slow-paced yoga class designed to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. The emphasis of this class is on basic postures and posture flows that release stress and tension from joints and muscles, and that build strength and endurance gently. We will also explore simple breathing techniques that rejuvenate both the body and mind. Each class concludes with 15-20 minutes of guided meditation using techniques such as visualization and breath awareness to develop mindfulness, tranquility, and insight.
Participants must remove outside shoes before entering the
studio.
