Get ready to have some fun! This class open to both boys and girls is an introduction to movement, dance and rhythm. Age 2
An independent gym class that will focus on fun and games while learning basic gross motor skills. Activities include basic tumbling and balance beam. Age 3
For the child with no tumbling experience, this class teaches children basic tumbling moves while enhancing coordination for children 4-5 years of age.
Learn tumbling and apparatus gymnastics from our experienced staff. Must have at least one year prior experience with basic tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls. This class is for children ages 6-9 years.
This program provides basic instruction for all participants and focuses on building skills, creating confidence, and having fun. The skaters become self-assured recreational skaters as well as learning skills that can be a step towards competitive skating or playing hockey. Skaters will be placed in groups according to their skill level and will advance through proficiency tests. This class is appropriate for skaters of all abilities age 4-16.
A perfect class for children between the ages of 4-6 who want to play soccer and learn the basics of this international sport.
Beginning soccer class for the 2-3 year olds where they will learn the basic ball control skills in addition to playing in fun game scenarios.
Participants between the ages of 7-12 years will work on basic and intermediate basketball skills to enhance their playing skills for recreational play as well as for extra-curricular sports teams.
