Come together with family and friends in this class for children and adults ages 5-99. Play and relax with basic breathing exercises, yoga flows, balances, partner poses, and yoga-based activities to music. Build focus, physical fitness, and self-awareness in a welcoming environment. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Children under 12 must have an adult in class with them. Registration for the first family member is at full price, and each additional family member is discounted by 50%.
