This class is open to both boys and girls, as an introduction to movement, and rhythm.
An independent gym class that will focus on fun and games while learning basic gross motor skills. Activities include basic tumbling and balance beam.
For the child with no tumbling experience, this class teaches children basic tumbling moves while enhancing coordination skills.
Progressive tumbling, balance beam, and springboard skills are taught. Children that are first timers or are learning cartwheels and handstands would be ideal for this class. The gymnastics classes are broken up by age levels but will cover the same material.
A perfect class for those youngsters who want to play soccer and learn the basics of this international sport
Beginning soccer class for the 2-3 year olds where they will learn the basic ball control skills in addition to playing in fun game scenarios.
Participants will work on basic and intermediate basketball skills to enhance their playing skills for recreational play as well as for extra-curricular sports teams.
