Parent/Child climbing allows children as young as 4 to experience climbing with expert instruction, while simultaneously preparing a parent or guardian to be an effective instructor themselves. Children and parents alike will learn technical climbing skills and how to manage the risks of the sport.
Kid's climbing classes are designed to create an encouraging and exciting environment in which climbers can feel comfortable pushing their personal limits. A mixture of group activities and personalized instruction is used to allow kids to develop confidence and improve skills.
After school climbing classes are a high energy class for kids to blow off steam after a day of schoolwork. The class includes a mixture of group activities and personal instruction. This is a five-week session that ends the week before Thanksgiving.
Climbing for Teens is intended for young adults of all experience levels. The main focus of this class is to instill confidence and equip students to work through the mental challenges of climbing. Other topics include belay technique, movement, and training progressions. This is a five-week session that ends the week before Thanksgiving.
